Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the headphones in their original wooden case and shipping box, including all cables and accessories.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
